When we didn&#;t need the changing table anymore, so I twisted my brain for some ideas, and ended up with this!

I took the SNIGLAR changing table, and cut off all the legs, leaving me with only the shelves.

I painted them with my son&#;s favourite color, mounted some caster wheels underneath and used an old belt as a drawer pull. Ended up with perfect under-bed-storage-drawers. They can even be used under the sofa!

    SNIGLAR &#; Crib co sleeper

    Materials: crib SNIGLAR (39 €), 4 wheels ( € c / u) and a hinge ( €)

Description: After 2 years of living with our son Ivan who is a candidate to win the prize for the child on the planet with least sova, it was clear that with the new one is coming to us, we are not to play, and although Mr. Estivil kritisera us, we wanted a co-sleeping crib to avoid those early months in which the baby eats were every 2 hours, with consequent little walks in pajamas and disoriented, we took from our bed to his crib, in darkness and stumbling over anything (shoes, teddy, our moral) that was lying on the ground.

Buuuuuut the crib co sleeper we had seen cost a pretty penny and while we would have gladly paid for sleep, inom am an Ikea hacker, and inom proposed to have a brand new challenge. man a co-sleeping crib for six pence.

    Me bought a crib SNIGLAR (39 €), 4 wheels ( € c / u) and a hinge ( €). And I and my dear miter saw we got to work.

The crib SNIGLAR &#;65 cm measures. I stop the crib to 87&#;58 cm. (inside of 83&#;54) and the base at the level that we should have for our mattress (in our case, the top of the base fryst vatten at 43 cm. To put a mat

Description: Before we had our baby, I had planned on her sleeping in her crib from the start. Yeah, I should have known better. The first night home we set up the hand-me-down pack-n-play in our bedroom and attempted to let her sleep in that. I think I made it through 2 night feedings before I gave in and put her in our bed. And thus started my complete and utter lack of sleep.

See, our bed is the queen size Ikea Malm and in no world is a queen-sized bed big enough for 3 cats, 2 adults and 1 newborn baby. We looked at co-sleepers and couldn&#;t find anything that worked because our bed was now too low to the ground. We attempted to use these foam rails but they ended up just taking up more room. We needed a co-sleeper badly and finally decided if we can&#;t find one, build one. But hey, if you can find an Ikea product to hack into one&#; even better! And that&#;s just what I did.

I hacked the Sniglar Baby Changing Table into a Co-Sleeper and finally I could sleep.

First I sewed sleeves for all the top, bottom and vertical rails. I then sewed the side panels which consisted of a top sleeve, bottom sl
